Refund Policy

 

Welcome to Baby Soul's Refund Policy. We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is clear and transparent. Please read through the following terms and definitions for a better understanding of our refund process:

 

1. Return and Exchange Policy – Store Credit

 

1.1. Store Credit: By definition, a Store Credit is issued by the Seller to the Buyer as an alternative refund method for returned or out-of-stock Goods. Store Credit is an internal currency used exclusively for future purchases on our Online Store and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other forms of payment. According to our Return and Exchange Policy, you can initiate returns for Goods in exchange for Store Credit within 14 days from receiving the Goods. Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds; Store Credit is the exclusive method of refund.

 

1.2. Order Cancellation: Once an Order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, modifications to an Order may be considered before processing. Cancellation or monetary refunds are categorically not allowed.

 

1.3. Final Sale Goods: Items labelled as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Personalized and tailored Orders are also non-returnable.

 

1.4. Return Qualifications: Goods must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition, including all original tags and packaging. This applies to gift items as well.

 

1.5. Return Process: To initiate a return, submit a Cancellation/Return/Exchange request to babysoul.net@gmail.com. All return or exchange requests require prior approval before shipping. Do not send your purchase without authorization.

 

2. Store Credit Refund (if applicable)

 

2.1. Store Credit: You are granted the option to initiate returns for Goods in exchange for Store Credit within 14 days from receiving the Goods. Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds. Store Credit is the exclusive method of refund.

 

2.2. Return Criteria: Buyers meeting return criteria may return unaltered Goods with all tags intact.

 

2.3. Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.

 

2.4. Tracking Number: Providing a tracking number for the returned item is obligatory. Return or Exchange Requests will not be processed without this information.

 

2.5. Store Credit Issuance: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned package, we will promptly issue Store Credit to you. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 30% may apply to Goods not meeting the "original condition" criteria.

 

2.6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

2.7. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the acknowledgment of the return and the outcome of the refund request.

 

2.8. Store Credit Validity: Store Credit granted to you is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Any unused Store Credit beyond this one-year period will expire and become non-redeemable.

 

3. Final Sale Goods (if applicable)

 

3.1. Refunds: Regularly priced Goods are eligible for Store Credit refunds, while sale items are not eligible for refunds. Personalized and tailored Orders are also non-returnable.

 

4. Shipping

 

4.1. Return Shipping: You will receive the return shipping address.

 

4.2. Cost Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-reimbursable.

 

4.3. Store Credit Deduction: In the event of Store Credit issuance, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the Store Credit refund.

 

4.4. Shipping Duration: The time it takes for exchanged Goods to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

4.5. Acknowledgment: By completing a transaction with us, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to all our policies.
